Lawyer to Our IP & Technology Team

We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our market-leading IP & Technology team in a permanent position

Borenius employs over 230 people and is a leading Finnish business law firm. We deliver high-quality legal services across all practice areas for our clients, with offices in Helsinki, Tampere, London, and New York.

Our highly ranked IP & Technology team advises clients across private and public sectors on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights and technology law. Our assignments range from strategic IP protection, industry specific dispute resolution and IP litigation to complex technology-driven transactions, ICT and outsourcing projects, commercial contracts and licensing, data protection, trademark management, and regulatory issues.

Our work and team have been highly ranked in the fields of intellectual property and technology law in Finland. We are always keen to provide the highest quality advice to our clients with the focus on finding the best solutions. We are now strengthening our team to be able to respond even better to the high demands of our international clients.

You hold a master's degree in law and have relevant qualifications to practice law in Finland. You ideally have already one to five years of relevant experience in the field of intellectual property rights and/or technology law and can show your interest and commitment for this particular area of legal practice. However, we also encourage you to apply even if you fall outside this range, provided you believe your background and skills would enable you to succeed in this role. Your experience may come from a law firm, in-house position, or from the public sector. You have a genuine interest in developing your expertise further, and you thrive both as an independent problem-solver and as part of a team. Additionally, fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English is required for this role.
