Borenius advised Conficap Oy on the sale of a logistics property in Espoo

We advised Conficap Oy on the sale of shares in a limited liability company that owns a logistics property located in the rapidly developing industrial area of Kiviruukki in Espoo to Suomen Hallikiinteistöt I Oy, a newly established company managed by Aktiivitilat AM Oy. The premises on the property are leased to multiple tenants and serve as logistics, production, office, and commercial space suitable for various business uses.

Conficap Oy’s real estate business comprises property holdings in prime locations within Finnish urban growth centres, as well as holdings in joint investments throughout Finland. Its leasable properties total approximately 109,000 square metres of office and logistics facilities in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and other urban growth centres in Finland.
