We advised Erikoissijoitusrahasto UB Suomi Kiinteistöt on the sale of a real estate company which holds the title to a retail property located in Porvoo, Finland. The property is fully let with a total lettable area of approximately 4,650 square metres.

The transaction supports the portfolio management strategy of Erikoissijoitusrahasto UB Suomi Kiinteistöt and enables the fund to optimise its asset allocation in line with its investment objectives.

Erikoissijoitusrahasto UB Suomi Kiinteistöt is Finland’s first real estate fund to invest broadly across various property types, including service and care properties, offices, residential properties and land plots. The fund’s strategy focuses on investing in stable-return real estate assets in Finland. UB Suomi Kiinteistöt is targeted at both private and institutional investors.
