Borenius advised Gofore Plc on its Nasdaq Helsinki First North IPO

We advised Gofore Plc on its Nasdaq Helsinki First North Finland initial public offering (“IPO”). The IPO consisted of a primary issue and share sale with a total value of EUR 21.2 million. When trading began, the valuation of the company’s total share capital at the subscription price of the IPO was about EUR 82.2 million. Trading in the company’s shares on First North Finland began on 16 November 2017.

Gofore Plc is a digital services company offering e.g. management consultation and cloud services as well as service design and implementation. Gofore currently employs over 350 people in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Tampere, Swansea and Munich.
