Borenius advised Konekesko Oy on the sale of its Baltic subsidiaries

We advised Konekesko Oy on the sale of its remaining stake in its Baltic subsidiaries Konekesko Eesti AS, SIA Konekesko Latvija and UAB Konekesko Lietuva to the Danish Agro Group company DA Agravis Machinery Holding A/S.

The transaction was completed after Danish Agro met in March 2020 the conditions set by the European Commission regarding the approval for the divestment of some of its business operations in Estonia. With the completion of the divestment on 31 March 2020, Kesko Oyj no longer engages in the machinery trade.
