We advised Korona Invest on the sale of Leanware Oy to Elisa Oyj.

Founded in 1999, Leanware’s headquarters is located in Tampere, and the company employs about 90 professionals. Leanware delivers intelligent software solutions for over 200 large Finnish companies to control operational activities, digitalising production, supply chain, and internal logistics, as well as for data analysis and knowledge-based management.

Our team was responsible for comprehensively handling the legal aspects of the transaction.

The completion of the deal, expected in the second quarter of 2024, is subject to regulatory approval.
