Borenius advised Morgan Stanley on a major residential portfolio sale

We advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and its Finnish JV partner Premico on the sale of a residential property portfolio to Orange Capital Partners and another global investor. The portfolio comprised 1900 apartment units in 17 locations in Finland.

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) is the global private real estate investment management arm of Morgan Stanley. MREI has been an active player in the Finnish residential real estate market since 2018.

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is a European real estate investment and asset management company with assets of around EUR 3.5 billion in management.
