We advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in connection with the acquisition of a residential portfolio from Merimieseläkekassa. The portfolio, together with another simultaneous transaction, comprises altogether 306 rental apartments located in the Helsinki region. Borenius also advised on the financing of the transaction.
