Borenius advised NetNordic Group AS on its acquisition of Suomen Konehuone Oy

We advised NetNordic Group AS, a portfolio company of PE house Norvestor Equity AS, on its acquisition of Suomen Konehuone Oy, a Finnish employee-owned provider of data centre solutions and services. In connection with the transaction, the sellers reinvested part of their sale proceeds and became shareholders in the NetNordic group.​

By concluding this transaction, the NetNordic group strengthens its presence in Finland and continues to grow in the Nordic market.
