Borenius advised OP Corporate Bank on the EUR 20 million rights offering of Lehto Group

We represented the sole lead manager OP Corporate Bank plc on the rights offering of Lehto Group Plc (“Lehto”). Lehto raised EUR 20.3 million to improve its financial position and strengthen its ability to implement its strategy.

Trading on Lehto’s new shares on Nasdaq Helsinki commenced on 18 December 2020.

Lehto is an innovator in the construction sector. Lehto builds housing, business premises, care homes and schools. In addition, Lehto carries out pipeline renovations in apartment buildings.
