Borenius advised the lenders in financing of Tokmanni Group Corporation’s acquisition of the Swedish discount retail chain Dollarstore

We advised OP Corporate Bank plc and Swedbank AB (publ) on a new EUR 180 million term facility added to the existing facilities agreement to finance Tokmanni Group Corporation’s acquisition of the Swedish discount retail chain Dollarstore.

Tokmanni is Finland’s leading variety discount retailer. Dollarstore is one of the largest discount retailers in Sweden. With the acquisition Tokmanni will expand its operations beyond Finland and build a solid foundation for future growth.
