We advised the S-Bank Property Non-UCITS Fund, a fund managed by S-Bank Fund Management, on the sale of a three-property retail portfolio to an undisclosed investor.

The property portfolio of the S-Bank Property Non-UCITS Fund consists of approximately thirty commercial properties of which a larger portion is located in the capital region.
