We advised the sole shareholder of TransEdu Oy, a leading provider of care and special transport services in the Helsinki region, on the sale of TransEdu Oy to Nobina Care, a part of Nobina Group.

TransEdu is currently the largest dedicated provider of care and service transport in Finland, with a workforce of approximately 100 employees and maintaining a comprehensive fleet of 100 vehicles. The company provides diverse transportation services encompassing school transport, specialised mobility services, and professional driving instruction throughout the greater Helsinki metropolitan region.
