Borenius advised Varma on the acquisition of the Itämerenkatu 9 office property in Helsinki

We advised Varma on the acquisition of the Itämerenkatu 9 office property as well as 63 parking spaces located in the Ruohoparkki parking facility from DWS Alternatives GmbH.

The property has a total area of approximately 7000 sqm, and it is located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, next to another office property owned by Varma. The transaction value was approximately EUR 24 million.
