Borenius advises PHM Group on the acquisition of Kiinteistötahkola

We advise PHM Group on its ongoing acquisition of Kiinteistötahkola, a property management, property accounting, and rental and sales services company operating in 15 locations in Finland and employing approximately 600 experts. With Kiinteistötahkola, PHM is bringing to Finland an operating model where a housing company can, if it wishes, obtain all key property services from a single source, such as property management, property maintenance, cleaning and, if necessary, also property technical services and minor renovations. The acquisition is part of the implementation of PHM’s global strategy also in the Finnish market.
