Borenius successfully represented its clients in a property development dispute

We successfully represented top executives of a real estate developer and a real estate investor in a dispute relating to a development project conducted in the Helsinki city centre. During the property development, our clients served on the board of directors of the housing company that owned the real estate under development. Subsequently the housing company, controlled by new owners, claimed damages from our clients alleging that the board members had caused the housing company significant financial damage during the project.
