Tatu Seppäniemi

Associate

I began my career at Borenius in October 2018 in the position of a part-time Junior Trainee. During my traineeship, I got well acquainted with the daily life of a large law firm. In the spring of 2020, I moved on to the position of a Restructuring and Insolvency Trainee. During my time on Borenius' R&I team, I gained valuable experience in insolvency related matters as I assisted the firm's lawyers in various bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. A couple of years later, in February 2022, I was offered the position of an Associate Trainee on Borenius' Banking and Finance team, which is where I'm still working. All in all, our trainee positions provide a superb chance to get familiar with business law and everyone that works at Borenius. I highly recommend our trainee programmes to all law students looking to improve their skills and knowledge in the field.
