Jenni Heurlin Joins Borenius as Partner and Head of EU & Competition
We are delighted to announce that Jenni Heurlin will join Borenius as Partner and Head of our EU & Competition practice. Jenni advises clients on all aspects of EU and Finnish competition law, including merger control, compliance, investigations, proceedings before the competition authorities and courts, as well as state aid and regulatory issues, such as foreign direct investment screening. In addition to nearly a decade in private practice, Jenni has gained valuable experience handling competition matters in-house at a large Finnish corporate.
