Borenius’ Trademark Team Highly Ranked in WTR 1000

This year, the World Trademark Review 1000 has granted top-tier rankings to Borenius as a firm in in two categories. We are very excited about this recognition, which shows that we are one of the leading IP law firms in Finland.

Individual rankings in 2021:

Litigation is the name of the game for Ben Rapinoja, who recently represented, Latvian alcoholic beverage retailer Aldar against national alcohol monopoly Alko at the Market Court. Rapinoja also took on the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman on behalf of L-Fashion Group, where he brought the case to a successful close.

Karl Fazer, one of Finland’s largest brands, and listed fibre-based product manufacturer Ahlstrom-Munksjö both rely on Lasse Laaksonen for global trademark and regulatory assistance. He has also been advising Kesko Group, a listed trading sector company, on domain name and marketing matters.
