Partner Niina Nuottimäki Named as one of IFLR1000’s Women Leaders 2021

IFLR1000 has once again named our Partner Niina Nuottimäki as one of its Women Leaders for this year. The Women Leaders selected by the publication are leading female transactional lawyers in the world who are consistently recommended by clients and peers for the quality of their advice and service.

Niina heads our Banking & Finance team, and she has extensive experience in banking and finance, debt capital markets and debt restructuring. Niina has a strong in-house background in the banking industry as well as extensive experience in both domestic and cross- border leveraged buyout deals, corporate lending, real estate finance and debt issuance. Various industry publications consistently rank her as a top-tier professional with deep industry knowledge and an excellent work ethic.

“Niina has greatly influenced the growing of one of the leading banking and finance practices in Finland by advising our clients on the largest mandates in this field. This is a well-deserved recognition, and we are very pleased to see one of our highly regarded partners once again being recognised in this reputable list of Women Leaders,” says Borenius’ Managing Partner Casper Herler.

Each year IFLR1000 undertakes research evaluating lawyers and firms on the basis of transactional experience and market feedback. During the process, the IFLR1000 research team in Hong Kong, London and New York evaluates thousands of submissions and survey data of thousands of client referees and peers, and conduct hundreds of interviews before nominating individuals for Women Leaders.
