Antti Vepsä

Antti advises clients on the structuring and formation of all types of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs and non-regulated), as well as on fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, and related regulatory matters.

He is a highly specialised fund lawyer with experience from hundreds of domestic and cross-border fund investments and dozens of fund formation projects. Antti is frequently engaged in complex regulatory assignments in the investment funds sector, and he has published several peer-reviewed articles in leading Finnish law journals on fund regulation.

Before joining Borenius, Antti gained extensive experience in legal positions at a Big Four professional services firm, another leading Finnish law firm, and a major financial institution. He holds a Doctor of Science (Economics and Business Administration) degree, with a doctoral dissertation focused on investment funds law.
