Iina Issakainen

Iina specialises in advising clients on commercial contract projects across various industries. She has experience in drafting and negotiating IT agreements, IT procurement and outsourcing arrangements, as well as other technology-related contractual matters, representing both the customer and supplier sides.

In addition, Iina regularly assists clients with intellectual property matters, including trademark portfolio management and brand strategy. She also provides guidance on regulatory compliance and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on intellectual property and technology issues.

Iina joined Borenius as a trainee in 2020 and was appointed Associate in 2023.
