Sylvia Laulaja

Sylvia advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment law throughout the employment lifecycle, including day-to-day employment issues, the preparation of employment and executive agreements, co-operation proceedings, and terminations of employment. She also advises on business immigration and mobility matters, as well as workplace policies and guidelines.

Sylvia joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025. Prior to joining Borenius, she gained experience at a Big Four firm and completed traineeships at other business law firms.
