Borenius advises Rinnekodit Oy on its acquisition of Poutapolku Oy

We are advising Rinnekodit Oy on its acquisition of Poutapolku Oy, a nationwide provider of child welfare services supporting approximately 1,000 clients weekly and employing approximately 250 professionals. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Rinnekodit, wholly owned by the Deaconess Foundation, provides social services across Finland. Rinnekodit provides services for people with disabilities, the elderly, children and young people, as well as mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients and the homeless.
