Borenius advises Rinnekodit on its acquisition of four care and housing services companies

We are advising Rinnekodit Oy on its acquisition of Lapinjärven Hoitokoti Oy, Lapinjärven Palvelukodit Oy, Valkon Hoitokoti Oy and Valko Kartano Oy.

The acquisition strengthens Rinnekodit’s ability to provide high-quality housing and care services and to meet the growing demand for them. The companies being acquired are established providers of care and housing services in Eastern Uusimaa, serving in particular people recovering from mental health and substance abuse challenges, as well as older adults.

Rinnekodit, wholly owned by the Deaconess Foundation, provides social services across Finland. Rinnekodit provides services for people with disabilities, the elderly, children and young people, as well as mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients and the homeless.
