Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG: Financial Services Disputes 2019

Borenius’ lawyers Markus Kokko and Vilma Haavisto have contributed to the chapter on Finland that was published in the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Financial Services Disputes 2019. In this chapter, they have provided answers to questions concerning the Finnish legislative framework for financial services disputes as well as an overview of the regulatory bodies and alternative dispute resolution methods available in the financial services sector.
