Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG: Environment & Climate Change Law 2020

Borenius’ lawyers Casper Herler and Henna Lusenius have contributed to the chapter on Finland that was published in the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Environment & Climate Change Laws and Regulations. In this chapter, they have provided answers to questions concerning the Finnish legislative framework for common issues in environment and climate change laws and regulations, including environmental policy and its enforcement, environmental permits, waste and liabilities.
