About Henna
Henna is an experienced practitioner in environmental, natural resources, and land use law. With over 15 years of experience, she has managed a diverse portfolio of complex and high-stakes assignments. Her expertise spans a broad range of areas, including regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, environmental liabilities, nature conservation, environmental permitting, zoning and land use, as well as energy and renewables.
Henna has particular experience in supporting companies through environmental administrative processes and has a strong track record in environmental litigation. Her work draws on a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape, combined with practical insight into business priorities and litigation strategy, enabling her to help clients navigate complex environmental issues and manage risk effectively.
Henna is a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s environmental law expert group and an alternate member of the Finnish Wind Power Association’s advocacy committee.
Henna’s journey with Borenius began in 2008, when she joined the firm as an Associate following her graduation.
