Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of Global Legal Insights: International Arbitration 2020

Borenius’ lawyers Markus Kokko and Vilma Haavisto have contributed to the chapter concerning Finland that was published in Global Legal Insights to: International Arbitration 2020. In this chapter, they provide an overview of the legal framework that applies to arbitration proceedings in Finland and answer questions regarding e.g. the Finnish outlook in terms of arbitration and practices applied within the field.
