Borenius acted as joint counsel for Aktia and Armada in relation to a EUR 27.7 million uncommitted framework subscription facility for Armada Fund VI Ky

We advised Aktia Bank Abp and Armada Fund VI Ky in connection with establishing a framework for a EUR 27.7 million uncommitted subscription facility for Armada. Pursuant to the framework agreement, Armada may request conversion of commitments under the facility to provide short-term bridge financing for investments and to cover the liquidity needs of the fund.
