Borenius advised Aktia Bank Plc on the acquisition of minority interests in Aktia Asset Management Oy

We advised Aktia Bank Plc on the acquisition of minority interests in Aktia Asset Management Oy from its key employees. The transaction was carried out through a share for share exchange where Aktia Bank Plc acquired shares in a holding entity against new shares in Aktia Bank Plc. An advance discussion procedure with the Finnish Tax Authorities was implemented prior to the transaction.
