Borenius advised Apetit Plc on the acquisition of Foodhills AB

We advised Nasdaq Helsinki listed Apetit Plc on the acquisition of Foodhills AB, a Swedish producer of frozen peas.

The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy of Apetit and promotes two of Apetit’s strategic focus areas: increasing the volume of frozen peas and getting a stronger platform in the Swedish market where Apetit brand has already established a solid foothold.

As a result of the acquisition, Apetit estimates that it will produce over 10 per cent of the frozen peas in Europe.
