Borenius advised Binero Group AB (publ) on its acquisition of Hibox Systems Oy Ab from Accedo Broadband AB

We advised Binero Group AB (publ) on its acquisition of Hibox Systems Oy Ab, a Finnish SaaS company, from Accedo Broadband AB. The acquisition strengthens Binero’s position in the digitalisation of healthcare and hospitality in the Nordic region, while also expanding its geographical presence.

The total purchase price amounted to approximately SEK 80 million, comprising 5,555,556 newly issued shares in Binero and a cash consideration of approximately SEK 67 million.
