We advised Fellow Finance Plc on its Nasdaq Helsinki First North Finland initial public offering (“IPO”). The IPO consisted of a primary issue and share sale with a total value of EUR 20 million. Trading in the company’s shares on First North Finland began on 10 October 2018.
