Borenius advised Fu-Gen on the divestment of Finnish BESS portfolio to Icecreek Energy

We advised Fu-Gen AG, a Swiss-based renewables developer and independent power producer, on the sale of a portfolio of three ready-to-build battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Finland to Icecreek Energy, a European asset management platform focused on grid-scale battery storage assets. The projects are located in Ulvila, Sastamala and Koskenkorva, with construction scheduled to begin later in 2026.
