Borenius advised HYY Group on the purchase of the historical Seurahuone building in Helsinki

We advised HYY Group on tax structuring when it purchased the Seurahuone building from Sponda. The historical block at Kaivopiha will be largely restored to its original purpose, as HYY Group expands its hotel business to parts of the New Student House.

HYY Group is responsible for the real estate and financial investment activities carried out by the Student Union of the University of Helsinki.
