Borenius advised investors on ICEYE’s two latest financing rounds

We advised investors on ICEYE Ltd’s two latest financing rounds, the most recent being the Series E financing round at a EUR 2.4 billion valuation.

In July 2025, we advised Vinci S.A., an investment vehicle of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), Poland’s National Development Bank, on its investment in ICEYE. In December 2025, we advised Bpifrance, a French public investment bank, on its investment in ICEYE’s Series E financing round.

ICEYE owns and operates the world’s largest constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) microsatellites.
