Borenius advised leading industrial partner on Comptek Solutions’ financing round

We advised a key strategic partner in the consumer electronics industry on their investment in Comptek Solutions Oy, a Finnish pioneering technology provider for the compound semiconductor industry delivering turnkey passivation solutions for III-V semiconductor devices.

Our client’s corporate venture capital investment was part of the EUR 8 million Series A round of financing in Comptek Solutions. The round saw participation also from Horizon Europe EIC Fund and LIFTT S.p.A., a leading Italian venture capital firm.
