Borenius advised Mandatum Life on the acquisition of two investment funds from Fourton

We advised Mandatum Life on a business transaction where Mandatum Life acquired Fourton’s Stamina and Odysseus investment funds, which invest in Central European equity markets.

In connection with the transaction, the parties implemented a cross-border merger of two Fourton investment funds into two Luxembourg UCITS funds managed by Mandatum Life.
