Borenius advised NRP on the acquisition of a large logistics centre from Onvest

We advised Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP) on the acquisition of a 40,000 sqm logistics centre (with a 210,000 sqm plot) located right outside Helsinki in Hyvinkää, Finland, from Onvest. The property is the main storage and distribution centre of Onninen, which is a part of the construction and technical trade division of the K Group (Kesko).

NRP is an Oslo-based, Nordic real estate investment manager with approximately 1.5 million sqm of Nordic logistics properties. NRP is the largest non-listed player in this segment.

Onvest is a family-owned Finnish investment company with over a hundred years of experience. Onvest focuses on investment and real estate activities.
