Borenius advised WasaGroup on its sale of a development project regarding a modern retail property in Ylivieska

We advised WasaGroup on the sale of its development project for a modern retail property in Ylivieska, Finland. The project, valued at EUR 20.5 million, encompasses approximately 11,000 sqm of leasable space.

Prisma Properties AB invested in the project, which will accommodate long-term tenants including Kesko and Rusta. Both stores are scheduled to open in October 2026.
