Borenius advises Levi Ski Resort on its development of a major hotel and service complex adjacent to Zero Point

We advise Levi Ski Resort on its development of a new hotel and service complex in the centre of Levi, which Levi Ski Resort will continue advancing together with an international hotel operator. The development will be located between Levi Hotel Spa and Zero Point, at the very heart of Levi’s tourism services, with a total floor area of approximately 14,000 square metres.

The project includes a ski-in/ski-out hotel with approximately 250 rooms, restaurant services, and direct access to the services at Zero Point. At the same time, Levi Ski Resort will also carry out an expansion of approximately 2,000 square metres at Zero Point.

A shared underground parking facility is planned beneath the hotel and Zero Point and will be jointly managed by the hotel and Levi Ski Resort.

The total investment is estimated to exceed EUR 60 million, making it one of the most significant tourism and service investments in Levi’s history. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2027, with completion expected by spring 2029 at the latest. In the next phase, the project will proceed with selecting a construction company and an investment partner for the hotel property.

The hotel and service complex will be built on the site of the current maintenance facility and V’inkkari restaurant. The existing maintenance facility will be demolished to make way for the project, and Levi Ski Resort will construct a new maintenance facility on the South Slopes during 2026.

The V’inkkari restaurant will continue its operations at a new location beneath the Front Slopes, with further details to be announced later.
