We successfully represented our client in a multi-party proceeding concerning bankruptcy claims and clawback actions before the Helsinki District Court. The proceedings involved complex questions of secured creditor priority rights.

We achieved an excellent comprehensive settlement just weeks before the main hearings in the trial were scheduled to commence. The settlement resolved the parties’ dispute through a sophisticated settlement agreement involving payments to our client, strategic asset transfers, and modified security arrangements.
