Borenius Awarded the Title of Patent Litigation Firm of the Year (Finland) by the Global IP Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that we have once again received the title of Patent Litigation Firm of the Year (Finland) at the Global IP Awards 2022 organised by the World Trademark Review and Intellectual Asset Management. This award is a recognition of our IP team’s hard work on some of the largest pharmaceutical IP cases in recent years that could have EU-wide implications for the interpretation of EU law.

The two publications behind this award call us a repository of trust for many A-list generic pharmaceutical companies and industry heavyweights in general.
