About Emma
Emma advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on transactions within the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. She also handles matters related to general real estate, corporate and contract law. She has gained valuable experience in representing both domestic and international clients in various types of real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions and contractual arrangements.
Emma joined Borenius as an Associate in 2018. Prior to her graduation, Emma worked as a trainee at Borenius and at other Finnish business law firms. Emma has also completed a secondment at a Finnish fund management company where she worked as a visiting transaction lawyer and handled primarily matters related to various types of real estate transactions, leasing and construction.
In addition to her law degree from Stockholm University, Emma has studied law at the University of Helsinki.
