About Lauri
Lauri advises clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions, securities markets regulation and financial services regulation. He has extensive experience representing both Finnish and international clients across various industries.
Lauri’s expertise spans a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, public tender offers, bond issuances, directed share issues, and equity investments. He has been centrally involved in some of the most significant and structurally innovative cross-border capital markets transactions in the Finnish market in recent years.
Beyond his transactional practice, Lauri regularly advises clients on corporate law and corporate governance matters as well as securities markets and financial services regulation, including fintech and emerging regulatory frameworks.
Lauri joined Borenius as an Associate in 2022. Prior to his graduation, Lauri worked as a trainee at the firm. In addition to his law degree from the University of Helsinki, Lauri has studied law at the University of Milan.
