Borenius advised Aalto University Foundation on the issue of two bonds in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 150 million

We advised Aalto University Foundation, a leading higher education institution, on the issue of two tranches of senior unsecured notes in the total aggregate nominal amount of EUR 150 million.

Aalto University Foundation, operating as Aalto University, is making its bond market debut under a uniquely long-dated dual-tranche proposition consisting of 15-year 4.000 per cent notes and 20-year 4.125 per cent notes. The proceeds from the notes will be predominantly applied for refinancing existing loans taken out to finance real estate investments but also for general corporate purposes.

Danske Bank acted as the sole lead manager in the issue of the notes.
