Borenius advised DNB Carnegie and Nordea on the initial public offering of Auroora Group

We advised the global coordinator DNB Carnegie Investment Bank and the bookrunner Nordea Bank on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing of Auroora Group Plc, Finland’s largest compounder investing across multiple industrial and technical sectors, on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki.

The Offering comprised a share issue in which Auroora Group Plc raised gross proceeds of approximately EUR 40.3 million. Trading in the shares on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki commenced on 2 April 2026, and the company received approximately 1,700 new shareholders. Market capitalisation of Auroora Group was approximately EUR 150 million at the time of listing.
