Tuomas advises clients on M&A and corporate law related matters.
Tuomas joined Borenius as an Associate in 2024. Prior to that, he worked as a trainee at Borenius, PwC (Legal Services), QT Group and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. In addition to his law studies at the University of Eastern Finland, he has studied law at the University of Valencia in Spain.
