Associate to our M&A team

Our M&A team is looking for an Associate to join our firm in a permanent position.

You will work alongside our experienced colleagues on innovative deals with clients who value quality, personal attention and commercial insight. You will be based in our Helsinki office on Eteläesplanadi in the city center, with the flexibility of our hybrid working model.

You hold a master’s degree in law and have relevant qualifications to practice law in Finland. Preferably, you have some post-graduation business law experience, but we do also consider applications from newly graduated applicants. Most importantly, you have a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in transactional work.

You are eager to learn new things and desire to exceed the expectations of our clients. You take proactive ownership of matters as part of a larger team. As quality is always of the utmost importance in our work, you have demonstrated that you are capable of performing at a high level. Because of the type of work we handle, fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English is required. Other language skills are considered an asset.
